Flared textile with a variety of lines, small triangular Zig-zag piping designs covering the lower section. Six narrow piping rows divide these designs along the horizontal. Nine vertical rows of buttons cross the horizontal linear stitched designs - one in the middle and four each in the fist and third panel of the skirt. A strong black stripe that is part of the original textile appears in the middle upper section and two in the outer two lower sections.
