Flared textile divided into five horizontal sections with a variety of horizontal linear designs, small triangular Zig-zag piping designs, strips of fur, and buttons. These designs cover the majority if the skirt. Within each of the sections narrow horizontal rows of piping further divide the skirt. Sets of two buttons each in nine vertical rows and nineteen vertical columns are added design elements. A strong black stripe that is part of the original textile appears in the middle upper section.
