    Object Description

Round vessel that narrows to its upper end to become a naturalistically carved head that stares straight ahead. This has a hole in the top into which a stopper with around knob and long dip-stick is inserted. The vessel has blue paint on the rounded section of the body. Above this is a band of engraved crisscross lines and the section above, on top of which is the head, is undecorated except for a band around the neck. The head has a cap of black hair, red marks on its cheeks and nose and it wears a black and white necklace of beads around its neck. It stands on a round slightly raised foot.
