Thickly fringed skirt attached to a leather waistband. The waistband has 2 toned zigzag beadwork decorating the waistband horizontally . There is a double strip of beadwork edging the waistband and suspended from that another slightly narrower panel of beads with a zigzag fringe of beads . There are 2 bunches of tassels on either side of the lower panel.
