Heavy gathered skirt in salempore fabric. It has two layers of fabric - a shorter one that rests on the lower longer section. The lower fringe has two rows of beadwork running horizontally around its entire width in the centre of the panel. The upper layer is fringed with white beads and is covered around most of its extent by rectangular panels of beadwork that have been attached with safety pins.
