Object Description
Rectangular crossbar curved and decorated at the narrow ends with a row of incised triangles. The lugs are flat rectangles facing inwards. Three diamond shaped pillars rest on a horizontally positioned barrel which rests on two diamond shaped pillars. Base is flat and bilobal with a triangle projecting from between the two lobes. Along the horizontal plane and meeting the side of the pillars centrally along their vertical length is a round shaft with the longest section projecting from one side of the headrest. The other shorter section of the shaft projects out of the opposite side and is surmounted by an ovoid finial with its flat side horizontal.
