Object Description
Axe blade is missing. The finial is the head of an antelope with backward pointing horns. There is a second set of backward pointing horns/wings halfway along the shaft. Both are darkened. There are two areas along the shaft that have raised rings that have been darkened and that encircle the shaft. The shaft flares out near the base into a round raised platform. The cheeks and horns of the antelope are decorated with incised lines.
