Object Description
Axe with a horizontal finial that tapers backward into a slightly flared cylinder. Its front section is rounded and joins the haft at the point where the axe head also joins. The metal axe head has a slightly curved rod/neck which becomes the blade - a flat triangular shape with a curved convex front . The neck of the blade has three sets of parallel grooves around it and the blade has an abstracted antelope on one side and two abstracted birds on the other side engraved into the surface. The haft curves slightly inwards along its length.
