Section 24G Application - Mahikeng Curro School

Rectification application for the illegal commencement or continuation of a listed activity in terms of Section 24(G) and 24(F) of NEMA. The Mahikeng Curro School is to accommodate several buildings and associated services, including a primary and high school, administration building, classrooms, staff and student dormitories, ablution facilities, assembly hall and refuse room. On completion, the school will cover an area of 11.0142m², situated on erven 9512, 9513, 9514 and 9515 in the Marang Estate, Nelson Mandela Drive, Mahikeng. At the time of lodging of this application, the development site had been cleared and leveled with construction underway.
