Demolition of wall on 51 Kameeldoring Street, Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate

The wall that needs to be demolished is on the site where we need to build a new
residential dwelling. The wall, maybe 500mm high, is very delapidated and stones
have been broken off this wall. This wall had also been ignored on adjacent sites
where houses have already been built. This wall had been overseen by the previous
aesthetics committee of Woodland Hills as well as the local Municipality. This is on erf 30113, Woodland Hills Wildlife Estate.
