Proposal Description
Dantoprox (Pty) Ltd (Dantoprox) are in the process of applying for a mining permit on the Remaining Extent of Farm the Corner 11328 ET. The mining permit area is approximately 1.4 ha in extent and has been previously mined by Umzumbe Mining Company (Pty) Ltd (Umzumbe). Dantoprox have applied to mine Lithium, Feldspar, Aggregate, Quartz and Rare earth minerals.
The proposed operations will be undertaken within the previously approved mining permit area and within the existing disturbed footprint (~1.4ha). The site is located inland of Hibberene in KwaZulu-Natal.
