Proposal Description

EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium (Ltd) Company (EHSV) and Nichume Logistics (Pty) Ltd. (Nichume) have an agreement to operate a coal railway siding. The proposed coal railway siding is located inside the industrial fence boundary of Highveld Industrial Park (HIP). An environmental authorisation is required for this siding to be operational as a coal siding and will be lodged under EHSV, as the applicant.
