Genade Boerdery has appointed Environmental Impact Management Services (Pty) Ltd (EIMS) as the Environmental
Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to assist with undertaking the required application processes (including the statutory
public participation), and to compile and submit the required documentation in support of application for:
• Environmental Authorisation (EA) in accordance with the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA)- Listed
activity:
o GNR 984: Activity 15: the clearance of an area of 20 hectares or more of indigenous vegetation,
excluding where such clearance of indigenous vegetation is required for-
(i) The undertaking of a linear activity; or
(ii) Maintenance purposed undertaken in accordance with a maintenance management plan
