Kwelera Heights Township Development

The client identified the need to provide housing opportunities on a portion of Farm 386, Kwelega, East London, Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, Eastern Cape, to achieve spatial justice, ensure coordinated development, sustainable & integrated spatial development, revenue generation as well as ensuring the provision of sustainable human settlements for the steadily growing need of the Buffalo City community. The proposed development is a Plot and Plan concept (the applicant will sell single plots to interested individuals) with service sites with the main objective being to create access to land by the middle class and for them to build at their own pace.
