The proposed development entails in-situ upgrade of Ext 9 & 10 of uMzimkhulu located in Wards 16 within uMzimkhulu Town. The development is to entail construction of approximately 300 units of low-income houses for qualifying beneficiaries, within the existing informal settlements area on Portion 9 &10. The site is traversed with watercourses and riverine systems.
