Proposal Description
The uPhongolo Local Municipality proposes to upgrade the Belgrade Gravel Road and a box culvert structure within the Belgrade settlement area within the jurisdiction of uPhongola Local Municipality, Zululand District, Kwazulu-Natal.
The road is 680m long and the scope of work entails;
- The widening of the gravel road from 3m to 5m wide and to re-gravel it with a gravel wearing course.
- The upgrade of the existing culvert to a new box culvert which will be 5m long x 3m wide x 3m in height, over the unnamed stream.
The extent of proposed development is 0.4ha
