    Proposal Description
    The Vergenoegd Low Wine Estate, dating from 1696 and built in the historic Cape Dutch style, is one of the oldest representations of the early Dutch settlement history in South Africa. It is located along the Stellenbosch Wine Route, on the Eerste River, 40 Kilometres from Cape Town. The manor House overlooks the Helderberg mountain range to the east and table Mountain to the northenwest.
