Proposal Description
The HPU has been having various site visit meetings at the King Sibindi Heritage site in Heatherley to Grade and declare the archaeological site as a National Heritage Site. The constant obstacle to grading and declaring the site is that it located at a dumping site. The Landfill is destroying the heritage site and there is a lot of theft going on the site. The community members steal the grave stones and the palisade fencing.
