Proposal Description
The site of Maloutswa (22°11'33.0"S 29°14'20.0"E) is situated near a body of water with the same name. It is an open-air site with artefacts dating to AD1150 - AD1350. Its located on Den staat farm in the Mapungubwe national park which Currently under the jurisdiction of the Musina municipality, Limpopo . The site was first rediscovered by Daniel Cockram in 2020. The excavation will be dug 1 meter deep by 210 square meters .
