Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed clearance of 32,38ha of indigenous vegetation, of which 28,09 hectares is located within a critical biodiversity area (CBA 1) in order to establish a Township, located on a portion of Portion 24 (A Portion of Portion 9), a Portion of Portion 25 (A Portion of Portion 9), Portion 32 (A Portion of Portion 9), a Portion of Portion 8 (A Portion of Portion 2) of the farm Nooitgedacht No. 429-IP and a portion of Portion 100 (a portion of Portion 2) of the farm Nooitgedacht No. 434-IP, City of Matlosana, North West Province. Bulk services are proposed and will include the crossing of the Schoonspruit in two different locations
