Anglo American Inyosi Coal Proprietary Limited (A Member Of Thungela Resources Limited) (Reg. No.: 2005/016701/07); Zibulo Colliery, is applying for an Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA) in order to extend its underground mining operation including a decline shaft and overland conveyor belt complex (Zibulo North Shaft Project). The proposed Zibulo North Shaft Project will be conducted on various portions of the farms Leeuwfontein 219 IR, Zondagsfontein 253 IR, Straffontein 252 IR, Cologne 34 IS, Smithfield 44 IS, Welgelegen 221 IR and Vlakvarkfontein 213 IR situated within the Magisterial District of Emalahleni and Delmas, Mpumalanga Province.
