Nomination of Barbeton Makhonjwa Geotrail as NHS

The BMML, an important backbone to the Barberton Greenstone Belt is a geologically prominent area in South Africa with very high scientific value The mountains here known as the Makhonjwa Mountains, contain some of the oldest rocks found on earth and offer a glimpse into the early developments of our planet. There are about 270 geosites scattered across the area extending from Badplaas in the south and Nelspruit/Malelane area in the north.
