Proposal Description
Two Rivers Platinum (Pty) Ltd (TRP) proposes to expand its tailings facility (TSF) by 90ha, reroute a 547m segment of the currently approved TSF return water pipeline and construct a 30m waste decline at the existing Merensky Main Decline. The existing TSF footprint is 90ha and the proposed 90ha expansion is currently approved in the most recent Water Use Licence issued by the DWS to TRP (issued 2 October 2021, Ref: 06/B41H/AJIGC/6098)
