The proposed township establishment to be situated on the Remainder of the Farm De Put 298 FP, Matwabeng Extension 6, under the jurisdiction of the Setsoto Local Municipality, Free State Province.

Leago Environmental Solutions was appointed by MSDP Consultants (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the Setsoto Local
Municipality as an independent environmental consultant to undertake the Environmental Impact Assessment
Process (Basic Assessment Process) in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (No. 107 of
1998).
The proposed township establishment to be situated on the Remainder of the Farm De Put 298 FP,
