Ofudu to Inwabi Pipeline

The proposed Ofudu to Inwabi steel gravity main entails of the construction of a 9 km Welded Steel Gravity Main in Ethekwini, KwaZulu Natal. It will contain no off-takes as it is intended on increasing the water capacity at Inwabi Reservoir. The pipe diameter is 300 mm and more than 300 m^2 of vegetation will be cleared to make way for the proposed pipeline. The majority of the pipeline will fall within the road reserve and a DOT approval has been granted.
