GMKN Agric (Pty) Ltd intends to increase the productive capacity on the existing Greenfields wagyu and dairy cattle farm, situated in Mooi River, KwaZulu-Natal.
The farm was originally surveyed by Prins (2016), but since then there have been amendments to the original plan. Umlando was requested to undertake a desktop HIA of the proposed development and determine if further mitigation is required.
