The owners of the proposed Nkwe Mountain Estate on Farm Tiegerpoort 371 JR Portion 259, Tierpoort, Pretoria, Gauteng Province wishes to subdivide the 30ha property. The approved subdivision is into 6 portions ranging from 4.2ha up to 6.3ha with Agricultural zoning. There will thus be provision made for a homestead on each portion. The purpose is to group together these six portions into an environmentally conscious off-grid estate.
