Tzaneen Filling Station Development

The proposed Activity consist of an establishment of a filling station which will be situated on the Farm Mohlaba’s Location, stand no: 870 Cnr Dan village and R36 Lydenburg-Tzaneen Road located in the Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality, Limpopo Province.
The total size of the proposed area measures up to 2 Hectares (ha) and the proposed filling station will take about 40% of the total site area, which is 8000 m² (0.8 Ha) in extent and it consist of the following:
• The filling station will accommodate Underground storage tanks consisting of :
• 1x 23,000 Liters : ULP 93
• 1x 46,000 Liters : ULP 95
• 1x 23,000 Litres : 50 PPM Diesel
• 1x 46,000 Litres : 10 PPM DIESEO 93
• Pumps; 4 X 8 Nozzle
• The tanks will be installed underground in the North-Western Corner (to depths of 3.2m below the surface) and they will be double jacketed tanks.
• The tanks will be placed on a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) liner within the excavation
