Altein Township Establishment

Mang Geoenviro Services has been appointed by Ngoti Development Consultants on behalf of Collins Chabane Local Municipality as an Independent Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAP) to undertake a Basic Assessment Process for the proposed demarcation of sites on portion of the farm Altein 222-LT in Altein under the jurisdiction of Collins Chabane Local Municipality in Limpopo Province.

The proposed project entails clearing and preparing an area of approximately 13.25 hectares the demarcation of 100 sites for:
• 94 Residential – residential 1,
• 4 Public open space - park,
• 1 Business - business,
• 1 Educational - creche
