There are 3 key components of the project; (1) seawall, (2) sewer and (3) roadway. All of the 3 components are existing infrastructure, which has deteriorated to such an extent that it has to be re-constructed. Although the existing footprint and configuration of the re-constructed infrastructure/components are similar to the existing (like-for-like), there are minor changes to the re-constructed infrastructure.
