Musina Local Municipality intends to construct a Community Hall with associated infrastructure including;
 Kitchen,
 ablution facilities,
 office,
 security guardroom,
 400m steel palisade fence with 6m steel gate,
 borehole,
 septic tank and
 parking space,
The location of the proposed development covers an area of 1.5ha in extent.
