PROPOSED PROSPECTING RIGHT APPLICATION

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Compile an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) and undertake Public Participation Process (PPP) for Prospecting Right Application. This is done for processes of acquiring environmental authorization for the proposed Prospecting Right application within the remaining extent of the farm Davelsvlakte No. 8464-GT, portion 1 and the remaining extent of the farm 7829-GT, portion 1, 2 and remaining extent of the farm Karlsruhe No.2 of Preetz No.7830-GT, and the remainder of the farm Petersburg of Oribi Vlakte No.6534-GT in the Kwazulu Natal Province.
