infrastructure with a maximum output capacity of 140MW. The proponent, Esizayo Wind (RF) (Pty) Ltd now wishes to amend the above-mentioned EA to undertake substantive amendments. Such as reducing the number of turbines and increasing the hub height, rotor diameter and generation Capacity of each turbine.
