Addition of a covered sundeck attached to the main dwelling, back elevation of the building. Addition of a carport to the back of the property and behind the main dwelling. And an addition of a covered verandah attached to the outbuilding. All additions have been proposed to the back of the main dwelling and property thus the main façade remains untouched.
