Proposal Description
Coastal & Environmental Services (Pty) Ltd. (hereafter referred to CES) has been appointed by
Glencore Eastern Mines to facilitate the Scoping and Environmental Impact Assessment (S&EIR) Process as
contemplated in terms of the NEMA, read with the EIA Regulations, 2014 (as amended) and the NEM:WA
for the proposed construction and operation of a Waste Rock Dump at Helena Mine and Waste
Storage Facility (Co-disposal) at Thorncliffe Mine.
