Proposal Description
This project is an Eskom Greenfield Electrification Project. The development Ipelegeng
Extensions 3, 4 and 5, falls under Wolmaranstad CNC and the Mamusa Local Municipality. It
is part of the 2022/2023 Electrification Plan. The development consists of 533 stands
[Extension 3 (180); Extension 4 (89) and Extension 5 (264)] and with houses being of Tin and
few brick types. No other services have been installed within the electrification extensions and
with electricity to be supplied by Eskom. An SG plan (supplied by the Munic) does exist but
the extensions are still to be formalised on site.
