Notice is hereby given as required in terms of Section 16(4) (b) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act No. 28 of 2002) of the submission and acceptance of a prospecting right application by the Regional Manager: Mineral Regulation of the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE), Northern Cape Region with reference number: NC 30/5’1/1/2/13098 PR. The application is submitted by Agattu Trading 186 (Pty) Ltd to obtain authorization from the DMRE to undertake prospecting activities for Copper, Gold, Lead, Lithium ore, Tin ore, Rare Earth Elements, Zinc ore and Nickel.
