BECS Environmental has been appointed by Isibaya Mining Resources (Pty) Ltd to apply for an
Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA) in terms of the National Environmental Management Act
no 107 of 1998 (as amended) (NEMA), and the National Environmental Waste Management Act no 59
of 2008 (as amended) (NEMWA) in respect of listed activities that have been triggered by applications
in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (as amended) (MPRDA) for
a Mining Right (MR) and Waste Management License (WML). As well as an Integrated Water Use
License License Application (IWULA) in terms of the National Water Act, 1998 (as amended) (NWA).
he application has been assigned the following reference number MP 10367 MR.
SITUATED IN THE THABA CHWEU LOCAL MUNICIPALITY AND THE EHLANZENI DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF THE MPUMALANGA PROVINCE
