The proposed new Residential Units and associated infrastructure in Newcastle

The proposed development of new Residential Units and associated infrastructure on Portion 9 (of 1) of Farm Lennoxton No. 2968 within Newcastle Local Municipality in the KwaZulu Natal Province. SG Gardens has purchased the afore-mentioned 7,3 ha property and it is important to note that although SG Gardens purchased the entre Farm Lennoxton 2968 Portion 9 (of 1), the proposed development will be undertaken on the section of the farm that is located on the western side of Hathorn Street and the footprint of the development will be approximately 4,32ha.
