Proposed Upgrade of Road DR08486 in Mnquma Local Municipality, in the Eastern Cape Province

The DR08486 is a gravel road located within the Mnquma Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape Province and is used as a daily thoroughfare for commuters in Mnquma. The road intersects the N2 to the south, travels through Zazulwana and reconnects to the N2 at Mnyamanzane to the North-East. To ensure that the road is safe and fully functional, the Eastern Cape Department of Transport has proposed to upgrade approximately 8,16km of the DR08486 by paving it to blacktop surface.
