The development has two sections, the northern section (preferred site) and the southern section (alternative site) which has a development footprint that covers an area of approximately 4.55 Ha and 5.66 Ha respectively on erf 1089 Ugie and portion of erf 2886 located in Ugie within Elundini Local Municipality, Joe Gqabi District, Eastern Cape.
