Alterations & Additions to Table Mountain Cableway Lower Station, Erf 3666 Oranjezicht

Proposed additions and additions on the First Floor of the Lower Station Administration Wing.

It is proposed to (a) insert an additional door, with Juliet Balcony into the existing boardroom on the First Floor and (b) to extend the existing balcony at the corner towards the existing drinks terrace above the kiosks.

Table Mountain is a Provincial Heritage Site, but has also been identified by SAHRA as a Grade I site.
SAHRA's comment on this s27 permit application is therefore requested.
