The Proposed Prospecting on a Portion of the Remaining Extent (RE), Portion 32, Portion of Prt 33, Portion 34, Portion 35 of the Farm Boekenhoutkloof 315 JR, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng Province

The Applicant, Klei Minerale (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Klei Minerale”) intends to apply for an Environmental Authorisation (EA) for prospecting without bulk sampling. The type of minerals to be prospected for include: (Cy) Clay (General) and (Q) Silica Sand (General). The site is located on Portions 32, 34 and 35 and Portions of Portion 33 and the Remaining Extent of the farm Boekenhoutkloof 315 JR in the Gauteng Province. The study area is within the jurisdiction of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, approximately 16 km northwest of Pretoria. The total area for prospecting is approximately 63.5277 hectares (ha) in extent.
