Proposal Description
The project consists of the proposed establishment of a residential township development (to be known as Ivy Park Extension 24) on Portions 392, 393, 395 & the Remainder of Portion 220 of the farm Sterkloop 688 LS, Polokwane municipality area, Capricorn District. The proposed development area is located adjacent to Ridge and Kidds Drive in the Ivypark/Ivydale area, Polokwane. The project will consist of the following components;
• A single 16m wide access road,
• 7 erven zoned Residential 3 (to be developed for townhouse purposes), &
• 1 erf zoned for Institutional Purposes (existing Agape Church)
