Nogaga A Subsidised Rural Housing Project

The proposed Nogaga A Subsidised Rural Housing Project is located within Ward 9 of the Okhahlamba Local Municipality and falls under the Amangwane Traditional Authority and has a total extent of approximately 853.41 hectares. The proposed Shemula-Makhanisi Rural Subsidised Housing project will result in the construction of approximately 1 250 new top structures and will therefore service approximately 1 250 beneficiaries and their associated families. One VIP will be constructed per top structure. Construction of the top structure and VIP will be within each existing imuzi (development footprint). There will be no construction of roads or pipelines and development will not take place within any watercourses. There will be no disturbance to any graves that may occur on site.
