Proposed clearance of approximately 55Ha of vegetation for agricultural purposes on portion 5 of the farm Duma 201-JU

AEONIK FARMS SEQUOIA (Pty) Ltd is proposing to clear approximately 55Ha of indigenous vegetation for agricultural purposes on portion 5 of the farm Duma 201-JU. Portion 5 of the farm Duma 201-JU also have two dams located on the property and the applicant is proposing to undertake some maintenance activities for these dams by means of desilting these dams. The applicant recently applied for the clearance of 19.8Ha of vegetation for which Environmental Authorization was received. The client would now like to expand its activities and therefore this application is submitted.
