Proposal Description
The proposal consists of removing the existing high pitched roof and replacing it with a much lower pitch using a traditional 22,5 degree pitched roof trusses and re-using the same Marseilles tiles.
The only other alternative to this would be to demolish the dangerous part of the building. At present the building is deteriorating at a rapid rate if not attended to soon it will collapse.
