Proposal Description

South Africa Mainstream Renewable Power Developments (Pty) Ltd ("Mainstream") is proposing to develop the 100 megawatt (MW) Diboko Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Energy Facility (SEF) and associated infrastructure, including Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) near the town of Bultfontein in the Free State Province. The overall objective of the proposed SEF is to generate electricity by means of renewable energy technology, capturing solar energy to feed into the national grid.
