Emzinoni Ext 15 HIA

The proposed development entails the establishment of the Emzinoni township on an extent area of approximately 66.38 hectares within the jurisdiction of the Gert Sibande District Municipality in Mpumalanga Province. The proposed establishment of the Emzinoni township on the remainder of portion 6 of the farm Blesbokspruit 150-IS will include the provision of services to enable the proposed township which will consist of the following infrastructure:
• 1303 x Residential – low income
• 04 x Business – low impact use
• 10 x Institutional – 07 x social uses and 03 x educational
• 11 x Open Space – 06 x wetlands/ dams and 05 x public spaces
• Transportation – streets
