Emzinoni Ext 16 HIA

The proposed development entails the establishment of the Emzinoni extension 16 township on an extent area of approximately 117.46 hectares within the jurisdiction of the Gert Sibande District Municipality in Mpumalanga Province. The proposed establishment of the Emzinoni township on portion 8 of the farm 148-IS which will include the provision of services to enable the proposed township which will consist of the following infrastructure:
• 1814 x Residential – low to high income
• 9 x Business – business activities
• 11 x Institutional – 4 x social uses, 4x church and 3 x crèche
• 6 x Open Space – 6 x public open space
• Transportation – streets
